TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The newsletter may not be made accessible via any public web page.

2. The newsletter may be accessible via a password protected area of your company web site.

3. Advent will provide your customized newsletter in PDF or HTML format (per your order)

4. You, the customer, will distribute the newsletter to your clients via email, or printed & mailed via your own vendors.

5. Advent will also provide the corresponding "Newsletter Teasers" in plain text format, which can be displayed anywhere on your company web site. (To help develop new prospects)

6. The customer may specify the border color of your newsletter from the 4-color options available.

7. The customer will provide, via email attachment, the company logo / graphic for the purpose of the customization of the imprint area of the newsletter.

8. The graphic should be provided in either .gif or .jpeg format. We recommend a minimum of 150 dpi resolution.

9. The customer will provide, via email, the contact information to be included in the customization of the imprint area of the newsletter.

10. Advent will provide a page-1 preview of the selected newsletter, with the imprint customization specified, for the approval of the customer.

11. The customer will examine the imprint in the page-1 proof and either a) notify Advent of approval via email or b) notify Advent via email of any alterations to be made and re-submitted for customer approval.

12. After initial imprint approval, any changes require a 2-week advance notice.

13. Each month Advent will email the newsletter by the end of the first full week of the new month, with the "Newsletter Teasers". (For example, the February 2008 issue will be emailed no later than February 8.)

14. All new Advent customers have up to 30-days after receipt of the initial edition to cancel and receive a full, 100% refund. Cancellations from 31-90 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds after 90 days.

15. A single order can be utilized for up to 2 office locations for the same company with no additional costs.

16. For more than 2 offices of the same company to utilize the same customized newsletter there is an additional fee of $300 per office.
